These instructions relate to Claude on the web, Claude Desktop and the Claude iOS and Android apps
Initial configuration
Connect PlanMyVisit
Open Connectors
In Claude, go to Customize → Connectors
Add a custom connector
Select the + button, choose Add custom connector and name it Plan My Visit
Connection address: https://api.autoura.com/api/mcp
Connect your PlanMyVisit account (email address required)
Complete the secure authentication flow when prompted
Start a conversation
PlanMyVisit should then be available in conversations. If Claude does not select it, use the + button in the chat and confirm that the connector is enabled
On Team and Enterprise plans, an Owner or Primary Owner may need to add the custom connector for the organisation before individual people can connect it
Visits
Tell Claude about your visit
Tell Claude where you want to go, when you are going and who is joining you
For example: “Plan my visit to Buckingham Palace on [date] with [people’s names]”
Create the visit plan
Ask Claude to use your preferences and create or update the shared plan
Use it while you are there
Return to the conversation for help during the visit

Access your preferences
Ask Claude to access your PlanMyVisit preferences
Make changes
Tell Claude which preferences you want to add or update
For example: “Remember I don’t like tomatoes”
Your visit plans update automatically
If you have any visit plans, PlanMyVisit automatically updates them to reflect your changed preferences
