PlanMyVisit’s core mission is to make visit knowledge available to AI agents. For destination marketing organisations and larger attractions on Scale or Enterprise, the same visit knowledge can also power an Anam-powered interactive avatar on your own website.
This can include visit knowledge from places across your region, including visits that are not directly under your brand control. For example, a regional visitor assistant could help people explore attractions, tours, routes and experiences across the destination.
Visitors can talk to a character directly on your site, using the same curated knowledge that helps AI agents understand and recommend real-world visits.

The avatar can be one you already have, or one you create for your own destination, campaign, character or visitor experience. A character can feel quite different to a generic AI assistant. For example, a pirate character for the Spinnaker Tower gives visitors a much stronger sense of personality, setting and fun than a standard planning chatbot.
To use this, you will need your own Anam account. Give us your Anam API key and the persona ID / avatar ID you want to use, and we can connect that Anam avatar to the relevant regional visit knowledge.
