A direct booking channel, not another OTA

OTAs can be useful, but they often sit between you and the visitor and take a significant commission on tickets, tours and experiences.

PlanMyVisit is different. We do not resell tickets or tours, and we do not take a booking commission. We help AI agents recommend your experience and send visitors towards your own booking path.

Against an OTA commission of 20-30%, a fixed monthly plan is easy to understand: one good direct booking can be worth more than the monthly cost.

  • Consumer AI conversations do not add usage costs to your PlanMyVisit plan. Consumers use their own AI tools and their own tokens.
  • Annual billing includes two months free when you pay for twelve months upfront.
  • Sales tax, such as VAT, may be added at checkout. We generally use Creem.io as our payment provider and Merchant of Record, and they may add applicable sales tax depending on where you are in the world.
  • No long-term contract is required. PlanMyVisit is a SaaS service, with monthly or quarterly billing depending on your plan.
  • Trial access is not based on a fixed time limit. It is designed to make your first venue AI-ready and show the early benefit. Each visit venue can only be represented once on PlanMyVisit. Trial venues are offered on a first come, first served basis to eligible curators with a genuine connection to the venue; if the venue is not moved to a paid plan once that benefit is clear, we may end trial access so another eligible curator can take it forward.
  • Localised pricing may apply for visits in some lower-income markets, including some parts of Africa, Asia and Latin America. Contact us if this may apply to your visit, attraction or destination.
  • Beyond Enterprise: larger destination marketing organisations, multi-site groups and more complex portfolios should contact us to discuss the right setup.

Ongoing experience management

Once your experience is set up, it is not treated as a static listing. Our systems help keep the knowledge fresh over time, so AI agents can continue to give visitors useful, current and context-aware guidance.

That includes checking factual details, adjusting the seasonal focus for summer, winter and other visitor periods, and picking up events or changes that may affect how people plan their visit.

From time to time, we may come back to you for curation input where local judgement matters. And of course, if you want to change something at any point, you can. That is the point: the knowledge can evolve as the real visitor experience evolves.

PlanMyVisit’s core mission is to make experience knowledge available to AI agents. For destination marketing organisations and larger attractions on Scale or Enterprise, the same knowledge can also power an Anam-powered interactive avatar on your own website, using the same kind of setup shown here on PlanMyVisit.

This can include knowledge from places across your region, including experiences that are not directly under your brand control. For example, a regional visitor assistant could help people explore attractions, tours, routes and experiences across the destination.

Visitors can talk to a character directly on your site, using the same curated knowledge that helps AI agents understand and recommend real-world experiences.

The avatar can be one you already have, or one you create for your own destination, campaign, character or visitor experience. A character can feel quite different to a generic AI assistant. For example, a pirate character for the Spinnaker Tower gives visitors a much stronger sense of personality, setting and fun than a standard planning chatbot.

To use this, you will need your own Anam account. Give us an Anam API key and the persona ID / avatar ID you want to use, and we can connect that Anam avatar to the relevant regional experience knowledge.
