We'll begin at a teahouse that was a gift from Tajikistan where you can select a cup of tea. Next it's time for mountain cuisine from the Himalayans. The Nepalese momo dumplings here are a must-try.

The third stop offers local flavors of Colorado in a European-style cafe, where you can customize a cheese and charcuterie board. The elevated Americans classics at Oak are all delicious. If you have the appetite, the cheese burger here will ruin you.. Save room for dessert – the rich and creamy gelato at Gelato Boy is not to be missed
