Spanish tapas in the heart of Toulouse
This tour will take you around some of the most famous and trendy tapas bars as well as more intimate ones
I have been a tour guide in Toulouse for nearly 10 years before moving to the UK, but a piece of my heart stayed there and I am very attached to my home town. In its history, Toulouse has seen a lot of Spanish coming to the city to flee from the civil war. It is only normal that it became the most Spanish city in France.
You can find this very special atmosphere in the relaxed and easy going attitude of its inhabitants, their warm welcomes, as well as the wonderful tapas bars.
Along the way, you will get to see the most beautiful sights the "pink city" has to offer, such as the St Stephen Cathedral, the cutest squares, the Carmes area, Place St Pierre and wonderful views on the River Garonne when you cross the Pont Neuf.
I have included some of the most famous tapas bars in town that have been here for years, as well as some trendy new bars
